My boyfriend and I needed to complete the pool portion of our Scuba certification, within a short period of time. Phil was able to quickly accommodate our needs. He is an excellent teacher. Made complicated material easy to comprehend and complete. Scuba Phil is highly recommended and we intend to have Phil help us continue on our Scuba journey
