Phil is awesome! My friends met him at sports chalet for their first open water certifications and followed him after he left as an independent instructor! When Phil invited them to the Cozumel trip and they decided to invite me along as well! They introduced me to Phil and it was the best decision ever! Phil is really great at what he does and his down to earth personality makes you feel extremely comfortable in and out of the water. Just don't forget the coors lights when you mess up in training ;). If you are thinking of continuing or starting scuba diving from the start go through Phil. John is one of the guys that was out there with us helping out when I was getting my open water and he knows his stuff, all due to Phil! Don't wait to get trained and go through sports chalet! Phil is extremely flexible working with your schedule which saved me from missing on a lot of work. I'm so grateful that I met him and all of his diving buddies. Our trip to Cozumel is going to be phenomenal! Stop procrastinating and get going on classes! You won't be disappointed!!! :)
