We just did the confined water portion of the Padi open water course. I can't recommend Phil enough. His teaching was very concise and understandable. We both have very busy work schedules and he was able to accommodate our needs and be very flexible. There are a lot of providers in town to choose from but we are very happy we chose Phil!
